Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

I adapted this recipe from THIS wonderful blog! Nothing better than a delicious, fairly healthy burger. The recipe was originally a copy cat trader joe's burger.

Burger ingredients:
1lb ground chicken
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 T basil
2 t garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 T lime juice
1/4 c. bread crumbs (or more if desired)

Toppings:

Jalapenos
Avacados or guacamole
Pepper jack cheese

Combine all burger ingredients and cook on a George Foreman or skillet for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Add your favorite toppings!
